Rachael is a Project Director with over 20 years of design and project management experience, as well as a master’s degree in architectural engineering. She has a key involvement with the management, coordination and follow up on design and construction work during pre-concept, design, construction and final handover phase. 

She has hands on involvement with consultants and contractors in reviewing and evaluating technical submittals against project brief, programme, budget and regulatory constraints.
