Listed
below are some the services that DSA International Architects would provide.
Pre
Design is the portion of the architectural design process that involves
preliminary analysis. This does not fall under the purview of the five phases
of design. Pre-design work includes feasibility studies, zoning analyses,
budgeting, and programming, including a few activities. Most of the time, this
is true for larger projects. Not all businesses are knowledgeable about zoning,
necessitating the need for zoning experts. As DSA International Architects
Firms, we constantly collaborate with our clients throughout the pre-design
phase.
The
first two stages of the Architectural Design Process are known as Schematic
Design and Design Development in architecture firms. Design Development is a
more detailed and worked-out design that does not go into depth. Schematic
Design is a basic design, while design Development is more detailed and works
out the design without too much detail.
DSA have a proven track record
of providing a full range of Professional Consultancy Services, having worked
with a full range of Clients, from multinational development companies, major
contractors, international hotel operators, as well as individual private
investors.
BIM
Building
Information Modeling (BIM) is an abbreviation for Building Information
Modeling. This is a sort of 3D model for architecture that can carry far more
information than standard architectural software programs can handle. Not every
company makes use of BIM. Even the smallest ones, all of our projects are
completed in BIM.
The
Construction Documents phase of the architectural process is the longest and
most involved. In this phase of the technical work, an architect takes their
design and transforms it into a more comprehensive set of construction plans
that you may use to construct the building. Because not all companies have the
necessary technical knowledge regarding building, some firms hire other
architects to complete this aspect of the task. Many well-known architects do
not prepare their building documentation.
Building
administration is the term used to describe the job of an architect throughout
the construction process. However, the architect does not oversee construction
but does make occasional site visits to answer questions and handle problems
that may arise. The architect will ensure that the work is carried out in line
with the approved plans and to the appropriate degree of quality that has been
specified in the contract.
