DSA are proud winners for Best International Development at the SAPOA Property Awards in Innovative Excellence for the project Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya, Livingstone Resort in Zambia. The awards ceremony took place on September 21st at Sun City Resort, South Africa.

The resort sits by the Zambezi River and is set in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, an exceptional UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is home to one of the largest waterfalls in the world, the Victoria Falls.

Designed by DSA Architects International, the Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort offers 200 rooms, accommodated in the main hotel with suites in 7 free standing villas overlooking the Zambezi River. It also boasts world class conference centre, as well as a sports and kids club facility.
