Situated on the Zambezi River in Livingstone, Zambia. The Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort is nearing completion and scheduled to open later this year. 

The Radisson Blu operated resort will include 200 hotel rooms, accommodated in the main hotel with suites in 7 free standing villas overlooking the Zambezi River. In addition, the resort will boast a world class conference centre as well as a sports and kids club facility.

The Resort is located in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park with active wildlife. The façade and external works are complete, and our site team is working tirelessly to put the final touches to this landmark African resort.
