The DSA designed gated villa community, Jawaher Saadiyat, in Abu Dhabi, has been awarded to local contractor Al Jaber by the client, Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC).
Featuring 83 properties, the four, five and six bedroom villas all have floor-to-ceiling windows and flat roofs that can be used as private lounges.
The five and six-bedroom villas will also have an independent majlis with its own pantry, toilets, office and guestroom, in addition to a dedicated driver and cook’s room.
