DSA are delighted to share that our residential project, Al Zahia Development, Al Lilac by Majid Al Futtaim Properties has recently achieved a certified BREEAM rating.

The project has been awarded 63.1% and the Very Good level BREEAM Certification.

It recognises and reflects the value in higher performing assets across the built environment lifecycle, from new construction to in-use and refurbishment.
