Work has commenced on site for the Anse La Mouche project on Mahe in the Seychelles for the Royal Developments Company. The earthworks for the 120 room Hilton Canopy Hotel and Spa began earlier last year. The principal building contractor has been awarded and completion of the hotel, commercial village and serviced apartments is scheduled for mid 2024.
