We are thrilled to announce that DSA have been appointed as the Lead Consultant and Design Architect for Nugoosh Park, a new social iconic destination for rejuvenation and refreshment in Jeddah.

The development which is divided into a Retail Mall, Office Tower, and Health Clinic Tower, is located on Corniche Road just across the newly developed Jeddah’s Waterfront in the heart of the ultra-high-income neighbourhood of Alshati West of Jeddah City.

Tim Goodall, KSA Managing Director, together with Ahmed Alabra, DSA’s Co-Managing Partner in KSA, have recently met with our clients, Mr. Nezar Almugren, Managing Partner of Nugoosh and Evangelos Liaras of ORPEA (Medical Operator) to discuss our role which encompasses Multi-Disciplinary Design Services.
