DSA proudly exhibited at Cityscape Global, the world’s largest real estate event, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 17–20 November 2025. This marked DSA’s third consecutive year participating as an exhibitor, reinforcing our long-term commitment to the Kingdom and our continued support of its ambitious development agenda.
The event was attended by senior leadership and key representatives from both our Riyadh and Dubai offices, including Managing Directors Peter Davison and Tim Goodall, Studio Design Director Gareth Cain, Project Directors Wael Hamed Aly, Rachael Khanak, Saher Shah, and Mike Warren, Head of AOR Operations – KSA, Ahmed Hossny, Architect of Record Naif Alghamdi and Sr. Engineer of Record Ahmed Mostafa.
Throughout the four-day event, the team had a productive programme connecting with new and existing clients and partners, strengthening relationships, encouraging repeat collaborations, and supporting DSA’s expanding footprint in Saudi Arabia. These engagements reaffirmed DSA’s position as a trusted, long-term design partner for complex, large-scale developments across the region.
DSA’s presence at Cityscape Global also provided a valuable platform to showcase the practice’s design-led, delivery-focused expertise, while emphasising its collaborative approach to design and project delivery. By fostering early engagement, clear communication, and strong alignment across disciplines and partners, DSA demonstrated how collaboration is fundamental to achieving successful outcomes on complex, large-scale projects.
