DSA have been engaged by Majid Al Futtaim Properties to design 4 prototype homes, to be implemented within the current phase 3 onwards.  Ranging from 4-bedroom detached villas, 3-bedroom semi-detached courtyard homes and 3 & 2-bedroom townhouses, the designs encompass flexible planning and aim to develop a unique and distinct architectural character.
