DSA are delighted to announce our appointment as Architect and Lead Design Consultant for the prestigious Ras Al Khaimah Marriott Resort – a 300 key, 5-Star Hotel Resort located on the coastline of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates.
Developed by ASQ Holdings, the hotel resort is to be situated on a reclaimed plot of land of approximately 90,000 m2 and with an estimated built-up area of 35,000 m2. Facilities are to include for 3 no. speciality restaurants, conferencing and banqueting facilities, spa, kids club, fitness centre and a host of pools and water features. With the design works set to be completed during the 1st quarter of 2017, it is anticipated that this flagship project will open to the public in mid-2019.
